At Oliver Goldsmith, we pride ourselves on the quality of our eyewear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your frames within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and authenticity certificates included.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to initiate a return request and receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the eyewear in its original hard case and shipping box, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly noted on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
